We collect information you provide directly (name, email, calendar data), information generated through use of our service (booking history, payment records), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) to operate and improve the platform.

We use your data to: provide and improve our scheduling services; send booking confirmations and reminders; process payments; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions; calendar providers you authorize; video conferencing platforms you integrate; and service providers who help us operate (all under data processing agreements). We never sell your data.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, annual penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II certification. We promptly notify affected users of any security incidents.

5. Your Rights
